Welcome to VSL Transporters! These Terms of Service govern the use of our services, including but not limited to, text messaging (SMS/MMS), online bookings, and vehicle transport. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
 

1. Program Overview
VSL Transporters provides enclosed auto shipping services, and customers may opt into our SMS/MMS notifications for updates on vehicle shipments and customer service communications. By opting into our messaging services, you agree to receive recurring messages related to your vehicle shipment.
 

2. Mobile Messaging Terms

When you opt into our mobile messaging service, you acknowledge the following:

  • Message Frequency: You may receive multiple messages related to the status of your vehicle shipment.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Alternatively, you can contact customer support at 470-526-3184 for assistance.

  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

No mobile information will be shared for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing information to subcontractors in support of customer service is permitted. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
 

3. Compliance with Industry Standards
VSL Transporters adheres to all applicable industry standards and laws, including the CTIA’s Short Code Monitoring Handbook, carrier compliance requirements, and U.S. laws regarding text messaging campaigns.
 

4. Prohibited Messaging Content
By using our SMS/MMS services, you agree not to send messages containing illegal or prohibited content, including but not limited to:

  • Phishing and Smishing: Attempts to fraudulently obtain personal information.

  • Social Engineering: Manipulative tactics used to gain unauthorized access to personal or financial data.

  • SHAFT Content: Content related to sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, or tobacco, which must comply with federal and state laws and regulations.


Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our messaging services and potential fines in accordance with T-Mobile’s A2P (Application to Person) non-compliance penalties.

5. Non-Compliance and Fines
Effective February 15, 2024, T-Mobile will issue non-compliance fines for prohibited content, which may result in fines being passed onto you if violations occur, including:
 

  • Tier 1: $2,000 for phishing, smishing, or social engineering.

  • Tier 2: $1,000 for illegal content.

  • Tier 3: $500 for other violations, including non-compliant SHAFT content.
     

VSL Transporters will notify you of any non-compliance violations and applicable fines that may be charged.
 

6. Liability and Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold VSL Transporters harmless from any liabilities, damages, or fines arising from your use of our messaging services in violation of these Terms.
 

7. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
